If we discover such an error after you have made your payment to us, we will contact you in order to notify you of necessary changes. You may elect to accept the necessary changes or you may avail of a full refund. If we are unable to contact you or if you do not respond within 28 days we will assume an acceptance of changes.

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.

Refunds and returns policy  

Due to the nature of our services and digital products, our fees are in general non-refundable. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of management. If you wish to apply for a refund you need to email us with your customer details and the reason for the request. Currently, Next.ie do not sell any physical goods online and therefore returns are not subject of our terms & conditions.
