Absolute faff to build! Predrilled holes for screws were too short, resulting in needed backbreaking effort to get them in. The hanging rails couldn't be placed at the same height on both sides as screws hit each other in the middle meaning neither went in fully, so I've now got one side at one height and the other side at the opposite height, not what I wanted. The 'lock at 2'oclock' cam screw grips were a nightmare to tighten, most only going to 10'oclock after fighting with them. What should have been a 1.5 hour build took me 3 days, a still wonky door and multiple bruises! Never again!

If you’ve had the product for 28 days or less, we may be able to offer you a replacement, a refund, or arrange for a fully trained home service technician to visit and assess the fault to repair it if possible.
