Great looking and easy to assemble. Unfortunate that one of the two we purchased had a defective riser mechanism.

Ordered online to click and collect and they arrived 24 hours earlier than stated. They are very comfortable and soft to sit on. Great for our breakfast bar. It was disappointing that we had to build them up ourselves. Thought they would have came ready built. One of them was 'faulty' . It had a large piece of plastic stuck in the tube and half of the instructions were missing. Quality check failed miserably. Customer Services could have fixed this out but given the time of year, 27th December, it would probably have taken ages, so my husband who is a DIY enthusiast had to poke and cut the plastic out. This took a good half hour but he got it out. Also managed to build the stool regardless of missing instructions. Overall I am delighted with the stools but Next need to sort their quality check system out. This should never went out to a customer given the state it was in.
