I have always had fine hair that has shed more than I would like (due to stress, medication, etc.) and now that I am menopausal it is worse than ever. I have tried other ranges and dosed up on hair supplements to no avail. However, this range has been an absolute life-saver. I have only been using it for 1 month but see less hair in the plughole which gives my spirit and mental health a boost, plus my hair is in wonderful condition. I love the entire range.
