This is the third time I have purchased the Neom Sleep spray. For someone like me that is going through later stages of Menopause I was struggling to sleep. I was gifted my first bottle at Christmas in a set tried it and could not believe how this helped me sleep. The smell is so calming and lovely I have been telling me friends about this. I would 100% recommend.

I was put off at first as it has quite a strong smell to start with but got used to after a few nights and find it really helps me to fall into a deep sleep.
