I loved this dress and it arrived uncrushed on a coat hanger I bought petite and it was perfect in great condition when it arrived Unfortunately I had another dress I wanted to purchase I had sent for the other dress from this collection and reordered it 4 times and each time it arrived in an A3 size bag crushed and it had pleated skirt. So unfortunately I didn’t receive it in a good enough condition to actually wear This is definitely not acceptable for customers to receive clothes in this condition I complained at the time and nobody was able to help as apparently this is the normal packaging nowadays!! Big mistake as you’ll lose sales
