I have been using the foam for a really long time and washing my face in the morning made me really happy. I LOVED the previous one I have emailed L'Occitaine as I don't like this new formula anywhere near as much. It'a still a really good face wash but it seems thinner so I use an extra pump and leaves a bitter residue on my lips. Originally posted on uk.loccitane.com

I've been using this product for over 10 years but am now so disappointed that they stopped refill which was more ecological. Customer service says problems of the production line but I don't understand how they can't produce refills while being able to sell it in plastic bottles. Originally posted on uk.loccitane.com

So disappointed that the refill has been discontinued. Was one of the main reasons that, despite having to cut back on the money I spend on cosmetics, I continued to buy this and other L'Occitane products. Sadly I won't be buying in future. Originally posted on uk.loccitane.com
