Both robust and fine, this wine has a nose of red fruits like blackcurrant, raspberry and cherry as well as earthy aromas of bark, which is typical for this appellation. This Givry can be kept for five to seven years, depending on the storage conditions and vintages, but it is often ripe within two or three years. Pairs well with game birds or fowl such as pigeon, quail or pheasant. Can also be served with white meat and marinade. Includes one 750ml bottle.
