This Autumn we celebrate heritage knit patterns. The Fair Isle knit is inspired by the iconic Fair Isle patterns knitted by the inhabitants of the remote island of Fair Isle, lying midway between the Orkney and Shetland Islands. A rare store of patterns has evolved through history and are personally interpreted by each knitter. The Fair Isle crew fits true to size and is based on our classic silhouette Brown Fair Isle Classic fit 100% Shetland wool Set in sleeve Handwash only Wash guide- Shetland wool is a natural fibre and one of its key benefits is that you don’t have to wash it as regularly as a synthetic. It is naturally stain resistant and also resistant to body odours. Handwash with cold water only, don’t use fabric softener, use a wool detergent, and always check the wash care label inside the garment. You should expect some natural pilling as the garment is worn and washed. The pilling is easily removed with a pilling comb. Quinten is 6ft 1”, Chest 39”, Waist 31” and is wearing a size medium 100% Wool.
