    I ordered the Alice top & wellibobs for my best friend as a birthday present to collect in store At Nottingham as I was there for a concert & have no Joules shop near to me unfortunately. I arrived on the Friday & staff @ store said the order may be there the next day . Visited the store Saturday @ 10am as we were due to check out of our hotel that morning & the delivery had been delayed. However, the store staff went above & beyond to collect my items from the store itself in the correct sizes etc & packaged them & then told me that the delivery items would be credited once they weren’t Collected. Amazing staff that were a credit to Joules @ made a customer very happy & I’d definitely return 10/10 Joules. Originally posted on Joules

    Always loved the joules harbour tops- saw this and thought it was different to all the others and loved the colour way. However, I’m disappointed with the material the top is made from. The cream part of the top has tiny brown flecks in the material. I washed it thinking it had marks on it from the store. I’m afraid it’s the material the top is made from! I tried to return the top as I don’t feel happy to wear it and the store couldn’t help- for the price it’s now a top that will hang in the wardrobe- first time I’ve been unhappy with joules!
