I am delighted with these boots. They are so easy to put on as I have back issues and the Velcro fastening is a godsend. They are extremely comfortable and really roomy. The price is another bonus but, unfortunately, I have been unable to get my size to order another pair. I do hope this style is a €stayer' so I may be able to get a further pair later in the year. Too date I have ot recieved this itemit is now four since this was ordered i must say I am very dissapointed that you have made no effort to address this problem abd have ot contacted me to say why ther is a delay alsi bo offer of a refund. I will think twice a out ordering from your co.pany again , I look forward to recueving a response from you reagarding this problem, as this been so long in the disspatch the item I want a refund for these boots.
