No oil necessary. Our innovative non-stick formula is long-lasting. Crafted from heavy-gauge stainless steel, it is exceptionally durable cookware. It features an extra-thick steel base which heats quickly with no hot spots. Suitable for all hobs including induction and oven-safe up to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4. The handles have been tested and re-tested for durability and safety. Three-layer non-stick system: The Ultra Total non-stick system lasts longer and prevents sticking in the pan. The Hi-Low system with grooves ensures special abrasion resistance, allowing you to cook healthy food with little to no oil. For all hob types including induction: This practical pan is suitable for all types of stoves - whether gas, induction, halogen or electric. The forged super-induction base prevents the creation of hot spots. Robust material: The highly durable stainless steel from which the pan is made ensures that the heat is distributed quickly and evenly.
