Made of aluminium for heat distribution that's second to none, Lakeland's hard anodised ovenware is tough twice as tough as steel, in fact which means it wont warp or distort, even over or under direct heat. And, being aluminium, they're lightweight for really easy handling too. All Lakeland trays and roasting tins are coated in Teflon nonstick so that food comes off easily, without any scratching, and they're really easy to clean. Oven safe to 250°C.
