Top note: Green Mandarin EssenceArmani Code Eau de Parfum opens with a fresh and vibrant green mandarin essence, sourced from Italy, bringing a distinctive tangy effect to the fragrance. This essence is obtained by grating the zest of the mandarin fruit under running water, with the essence then separated from the water. Heart note: Nutmeg EssenceThe heart of the fragrance is composed of a warm and spicy nutmeg essence. Derived from the fruit of nutmeg trees, it is obtained via a meticulous drying and steam distillation process to create its warm, spicy, and woody character. Base note: Tonka Bean AbsoluteA warm, sensual masculinity is revealed in the fragrance’s base notes, spotlighting the richness of tonka bean absolute. It creates a honeyed tobacco note with milky undertones. The tonka bean is derived from the fruit of the Dipteryx odorata tree, harvested as the fruits fall naturally, then dried to develop the coumarin molecule that gives tonka its distinctive scent.
